What payment options do you offer?
Currently, we offer PayPal for both one off payments and the ability to spread the cost over multiple months (subject to PayPal guidelines). If you do not see the option to spread the cost, it will be due to PayPal not offering the ability for the item you are viewing.
Can you work in different languages?
Yes we can as custom orders but only if the text is provided to us exactly as it should look on your product. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling or any other mistakes related to non English custom products.
Can I cancel an order?
Usually no. Quality Streamers often use resources that may require payments to use to complete your order. Our digital products are only refundable under exceptional circumstances agreeable with Quality Streamers. We reserve the right to refuse any refund at our discretion. Our priority is to make sure every customer is satisfied and recieve nothing but the best customer service. It is our aim to find a solution by working with you.
Will your overlays work on all streaming software?
Essentially yes, however, our Stream overlays are designed to work on Streamlabs and OBS. They should work perfectly well on other platforms, but, may require minor tweaks. If you have any further questions about any other software you use, please get in touch before placing any orders.

Do you offer support for your products?
The quickest way to get support is via the Quality Streamers Discord. If you cannot get the help you need from there, or it is regarding a purchased product, use the helpdesk, and as a last resort, you can use our contact page.
Is Quality Streamers products legitimate?
100% yes. We design all of the elements we use, or we pay license fee’s allowing us to use any other elements in our products.
